To help customers monitor and analyze hundreds of more metrics, Blue Medora today announced the release of four new plugins for New Relic — F5 BIG-IP, IBM DB2, MongoDB and MySQL. These plugins are part of the True Visibility Suite for New Relic, which features 25 plugins designed to give you true visibility across the entire IT stack.
When it comes to understanding how your F5 BIG-IP environment is performing within New Relic, Blue Medora offers true visibility with access to more than 125 metrics, an integration with New Relic Insights and the addition of a series of out-of-the-box dashboards and reports.
Figure 1: With the F5 BIG-IP Plugin, gain access to more key metrics — like CPU usage breakdown, memory usage and total throughput — to optimize performance.
The plugin ties in with New Relic Alerts — enabling you to leverage system-configured thresholds or establish your own — to simplify troubleshooting and improve performance within your environment.

Blue Medora’s Plugin for IBM DB2 extends your database monitoring so you can dive deeper into data about your critical resources and pinpoint issues before they spread across the IT stack.

The plugin extends visibility into nearly 200 metrics, which can be analyzed within New Relic Insights. This integration makes it possible to use NRQL queries to create custom data apps. As a result, you can view key data points and metrics in a format that you can use.

Like all 25 plugins in the True Visibility Suite for New Relic, the MySQL plugin features a seamless integration with New Relic Insights, giving you the power to create customizable dashboards and graphs.
