The Availability workspace displays the overall health of the application.
This workspace contains
the following view:
- Data Collection Status
- Displays the status of the collection of data from the application. Normally this will display NO ERROR indicating that the agent is collecting application data correctly. If some of the agent's other views are empty this view will help isolate the cause of the failure. LOG_FILE objects will display the name of the attribute group, MISSING_LIBRARY if the shared libraries could not be loaded, ATTRIBUTE_COUNT_MISMATCH if the number of elements parsed from the log file does not match the number of attributes, or FILE_OFFLINE if the file is not present. CUSTOM objects will display the name of the attribute group. Each CUSTOM group may display error values specific to the data collection. These are documented in the User's Guide. .
